Each year, HEINEKEN Ireland hosts a company conference, the aim of which is to inspire and motivate the HEINEKEN Ireland team in attendance with a mix of presentations, keynote speakers and activities, followed by a gala dinner.

Real Nation runs this event, and for many years I have been a part of the internal design team that is responsible for branding and executing the look and feel of the event.
